Just bought a new car from Chase and Rachele and I CANNOT give enough praise about my experience at Used Car Factory in Lafayette! Customer service is next level (shout out to Kalon too), they made it a point to find me the perfect vehicle, were patient and detailed with the paperwork process and even sold my old car above asking price. They handled everything for me to ensure I got into my new ride right away. By far the easiest car buying experience to date. 10/10 would buy another car from these local folks. Give them a call or visit for your next car purchase. Endlessly thankful!!
