        Friendly enough, but not very thoughtful of their customers, the salesman and the manager have a habit of speaking to each other in Spanish while in your presence. I found it to be rather rude, and somewhat uncomfortable, to have people talking about you, to each other, In a language you do not comprehend. Other than that, they don't appear very professional. But I cannot say they are dishonest, as I ended up purchasing my vehicle elsewhere. I have to say, part of the reason was because of the language thing. Its off-putting to have the guys that are selling you a vehicle discussing the sale in Spanish, while in your presence. It tends to make a customer distrusting of the seller.
