I was very apprehensive about therapy because I didnt know what to expect. But after meeting Dawn I knew I had made the right decision. From our very first session she made me feel seen, heard and valued - I mattered! Dawn helped me to see that my story made sense and that I made sense in my story. She has taught me how to both honor and trust myself so that I can show up as the best authentic version of who God made me to be. After years of feeling like I was trapped on a hamster wheel, exhausted and defeated, with Dawns tools and guidance I finally feel like I am freely moving forward in the right direction. Dawn brought insight to what narcissism is and how move forward from a 20 year marriage with boundaries that protected my well being. Her service is faith based which was why I looked to her initially as a counselor. She started every session with prayer which was comforting for me. She gave extra time and attention to a separate support group which was a lifeline in my worst days. I do recommend her as a counselor.
