Every time I go through the drive thru, I have to park to wait on my order and it usually takes almost 10 minutes to get my order. If you have to wait over 15 minutes, they usually give you a refund.

Stopped randomly and went inside. The place was tidy, the food was fresh, the people were nice, plus they got the order together and on point quickly. It was one of the better McDonald's experiences I can remember.

Placed order for 2 egg McMuffins and 2 coffees. Was told to pull up to wait for coffee. Waited 20 minutes for coffee. Went in to see if they had forgotten me. Was told they were having a problem didn't know how much longer it take. I asked for a refund.

Drive through only, took a while to get our food but they didn't have our 3 Frappes ready. Told us to pull up. We waited 10 minutes with no one coming out. Finally went in and there is a line of people trying to get orders fixed. The manager just ignores you and looks right through you. Lady in the lobby said it's like this everyday. Well, it won't be for me! I get that places are short staffed, I try to give extra patience, but these restaurants that have gone to drive through only have lost all customer relation because they know they can hand out a bad order and most people aren't going to come back and fight. I'm going to fight back by just not giving these businesses my money and wasting my time.
