Kids love it we eat there all the time the service is always friendly and they really mess up our order

I make it a rule to not go to a McDonald's, but due to where I am, I didn't really have much of a choice. I've visited this particular McDonald's twice, and both times haven't really impressed me.
1st visit: I was pressed for time and needed someplace quick to get lunch for the night and stopped off here. This location has 2 drive thru kiosks and I chose the left one, being the 2nd in line. Four other cars came after me and used the right one and all gave their orders and proceeded to the windows. The car in front of still hadn't placed their order because no one from the restaurant reached out to them. What seemed like an eternity, the car in front was finally able to place their order, and soon after, I was able to also. Upon reaching the windows, customer service was fine, but more of a routine and no real effort.
2nd visit: Almost the same exact incident. I'm the only car in the left kiosk, when another car pulls into the right kiosk, places their order and moves on. After a few minutes, I say "Hello?" and I'm greeted with "Can I take you order?" Really? I had to prompt someone to make the effort to realize there was a customer waiting? At the windows, same as last time, with the crew more interested in their gossip.
Ah well, I knew visiting a McDonald's wouldn't be a good idea, but when left with very little choices, you do what have to.

I don't understand how someone can get the order wrong with no cheese! But they want to be paid 10 to 12 an hour they can't understand simple instructions

Bad attitude the girls that work there have no respect they roll theyre eyes At you when u ask them a question u dont know what they are charging u because apparently they never have receipt paper the ice cream machine is always down and they can never get the food right when it is right its decent or they dont put the right food in ur bag I ordered 2 4 piece nuggets and only received 1 the mangers are always helpful considering they are not kids like most of the workers

During lunch hour, the drive thru line was 6 cars deep from the order kiosk. I thought the line moved rather quickly. I was greeted at the kiosk, my order was repeated and verified at the 2nd window before paying, the final window handed out the bag.
The food was hot!
