        What kind of hotel has a free airport shuttle that ends at 8pm on a weekday?!! And free breakfast that ends at 9am on a Friday?! Are you just all too lazy to hire staff or do you not care at ALL about your guests? Thanks for not advertising that anywhere so $50 Uber to go 7 minutes it is. Will definitely never stay here again, and Jeremys rude attitude didnt help.

        Rooms were clean and most of all quiet. Breakfast had lots of options. Will stay here again. Rooms: Spacious and clean.

        Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait for someone to come to the front desk and I really wish the front desk person Nakia, would have stayed where she was because she was rude as hell. This made me cancel my 5 day reservation with this hotel. Beds were back breaking, pillows were flat. Water pressure was awful and you had to turn it all the way to hot in order to get it warm. First trip to New Orleans and I must say I was warned about rude people because the desk clerk certainly lived up to the rumor

        Really nice Room. Comfortable Bed. Free airport shuttle. Nice free breakfast with many options. Nice onsite Fitness Center! Would definitely stay here again. Felt safe
