Dont believe any favorable ratings and reviews of this property! I feel like i was conned. This place is bad and barely functional with horrible old beds, ill functioning AC, delaminating furniture, non functioning ice machines, closed restaurant& bar. No coffee anywhere! Half the property actually appears to be abandoned and not in use. If you want to save a buck, really upset your wife and get a really bad nights sleep go ahead and book this clarion airport hotel in new orleans.

Well, first thing is this was my first stay here since Covid. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel in general, especially the rooms. The front desk clerks were very professional and had a very good positive attitude. The only downfall is the restaurant is only open for breakfast. There are nearly restaurants within walking distance. But you'd have to cross through heavy traffic. I'd definitely stay here again!!

There were super mean to us the person at the front desk yelled and kicked us out and did not give a refund

DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT!! One terrible experience. The staff are all rude and just prefer to be on their personal cellphones over taking care of us guest. God forbid you interrupt them. Never returning.
