Lakes of Chateau North

This is a great place if you love flying cockroaches the size of debit cards, maintenance with a long turnaround time, bird poop, and residents who scream racial slurs at colored residents. I would love to stay here again if my only other option was sleeping on the streets.

I've been living at Lakes of Chateau North for a year and I love it. The property is clean and very well maintained. If a problem ever arises, it is addressed in a timely manner. If you are considering moving in- do it! Lesley, Nadia and Ariel are amazing at helping with any questions and make living here easy. Matthew in accounting is knowledgeable and patient. Leo in maintenance is professional and can fix anything. The whole team is amazing at creating a comfortable and safe place to live. My guests are always impressed when they come to visit. Lakes of Chateau North is the best apartment I have ever lived in!

FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS FINEST! Theyll show you a nice apartment and will definitely tell you what you want to hear. I moved in to a dirty apartment that had a lot of issues in every room! The washer and dryer are beyond old theyre so old that theyre yellowish- definitely not the appliances that they show you on the tour. Maintenance definitely shows up and fast, they just dont do the job right. Theyll fix it on the surface but issue shows up just as fast as they come. AND theyll randomly add fees and will increase your rent even if it was a mistake on their end. They waited 2 months into my moving in to add a $300 fee and raise the rent after 2 rent payments even though it was a mistake on their part AND a contract had been signed. Be very mindful of this location the layout is beautiful, the apartments are nice but watch for their mistakes because youll be the one paying for them- it doesnt matter if youve signed a lease stating a specific amount, they will still increase your rent and will add fees
