        I moved to Lakes of Chateau South from out of state, the ladies in the office; Stephanie, Shelly and Nadia did an outstanding job of getting me into my new home. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Because I lived out of state, I didn't have the luxury of doing a walk through of my one bedroom until I was actually moving in. I was pleasantly suprised with how much space there is and how clean it is. The grounds of this gated community are well landscaped and manicured. Also a big shout out to Haley for helping me get my online payments set up!

        Im here for business and wanted to find a place thats more private than a hotelthe Lakes of Chateau North & South is a perfect fit. The community and surrounding area is gorgeous. The staff (Ms. Shelly Morrow) was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt totally welcomed there
