Order mobile for accuracy to be on point. Was pulled up watched order be placed down on tray. Order kept getting over looked. By the time i Received order from the night manager (male) no sauce in the bag. Fries so cold they are limp when you pick them up. We asked for order to be cooked fresh. The manager clearly didnt care by the time we looked in bag he was already walking away. Line so long and lobby locked couldnt go inside to at least get sauce. Didnt want to go to drive thru window cause they was unfriendly especially the girl with the glasses. Dont care about surveys heres a google review that Im not deleting.

Kaplan location is on point!!! Well it was until tonight (03-06-2021). Watered down drink, burger was dry, didn't taste like they use to, and the fries were cold. My order was taken very quick but after that it was close to a 20 minute wait....very disappointed. If I go back it won't be happening for a long time.
Update!!! Kaplan location is back!!! Burger was great and the fries were hot, perfect. Had a McFlurry and it was perfect also. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Felt appreciated. The prices seem to have gone up but that's everywhere

The delivery was accurate but I spent 30+ dollars on 3 meals I added 4 blk pepper packets and 8 packs of ketchup, and I received 0 condiments and was not even given napkins...

They need to work on wiping their drink cups always have to ask them to wioe due to soda dripping all over cup
