Very low appraisal, not polite, missed items that were not listed on appraisal. Would not referral to anyone.

He did an appraisal on my father in laws house in Gheens, and my wife had to call his office twice because he listed it as a 4 bedroom house and it was a 3 bedroom house and then he added the carport as the living area of the house. The appraisal had to be corrected twice and brought the value of the house down 13,000. We got Benoits appraisal to come out after Manno and got it reappraised and the appraisal was more than Manno appraised it for. I have no confidence in his service.
