Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't file paperwork timely. Doesn't have manners or work ethic. Is very dismissive when you do actually speak to him.

She is disorganized, doesnt care about her clients, and lets her own personal bias get in the way of her representation. I would absolutely never work with her again.
