I have had trouble with Spectrum since I purchased internet and TV services over a year ago. Equipment initially received didnt work, had it replaced and within 3 months internet coverage for a 100MBPS wouldnt cover a 1200 sf wood house. After 6 months I had to demand support send a technician out because they said nothing was wrong with the equipment. It took weeks before they sent someone out and the technician had to change out the router. After hurricane Ida, It took two months before I could get Spectrum out to restore services, all the while charging me for services I wasnt receiving. Again, I had to demand Spectrum send out a technician because the service representative said there were no outages in my area, and they tried to get me to do diagnostics on my equipment even though I told them the wire carrying internet and tv was torn from the house during the storm. They finally restored limited services, 4 months later, everything goes out in the neighborhood, one hour later the neighborhood gets their services back on, but not me. I called support who tells me they cant check it out for two weeks. SPECTRUM SUCKS FOR SUPPORT AND SERVICES.
