Thank you for your review of our hotel. I sincerely apologize for the length of time it took at check in. As our front desk agent explained at the time, the agent that was assisting you was newly trained. It was their first time encountering a guest with a passport and needed additional assistance to ensure they were following the proper procedure. As far as the hot water, we did encounter a malfunction with our water heater during your stay that was beyond our control, I sincerely apologize for that. This situation affected the entire hotel. We had two different plumbers come out that day, one working well into the late hours of the night to repair our appliance. Our property did have hot water restored by 10:30 pm. Also, you will be happy to know, we are planning to do a complete renovation to our property. We have newly acquired this property and have plans to renovate the 1st & 2nd floors to complete what the previous owner had started on the 3rd floor. We are also aware off all the repairs and maintenance issues that need to be addressed, our staff is working diligently to resolve all the issues. I do hope now that you are properly informed, you will give us a visit in the near future and allow us to WOW you.
