Comfort Inn & Suites Houma

I travel 80% of the year and stay in a lot of hotels and this was a favorite of mine in this area. It had everything I wanted, I love the fitness rooms. Close to food. Very clean. Great place.

We stayed here 03/18/2024-03/23/2024. The website says indoor heated pool when it is outside and not heated. It was so cold our kids were turning purple after just a couple minutes. On our final morning I got out of the shower to a cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor. I was told the manager would contact me and they were sorry. They also stated it was a new hotel so there shouldnt be bugs. The breakfast was not much and they didnt have anything to drink except coffee. Please do your research before booking.

The room was nice and clean. It actually smelled clean when I walked in. The front desk service from Carmen was impeccable. She gave me directions to a location I was trying to get to AND even called to make sure I was comfortable in my room. Exceptional service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Houma.

Walking in, I immediately felt like I was Important!! Ms. Carmen greeted me with that unique but sincere and very professional demeanor. Wow, this was absolutely needed as I drove for business from Tampa with stops in Pensacola and throughout Louisiana. I will make it a point to visit my clients in Louisiana-Houma more often, and stay where I feel like I'm home... Thank you, Carmen! Rooms: Hot Shower, very cozy sleeping Safety: Large clean parking lot with important night lights for security. Noteworthy details: Clean, modern-updated, comfortable and safe.
