        My dad wanted to get a charger there and service was the best I have ever gotten at an ATT store. I was appalled at the one in Harvey on Manhattan. The worst in customer service.

        Went to this AT&T store yesterday to add a new phone number to our account. Vincent was there to help us immediately after walking into the store. He was extremely helpful and handled our needs very timely and professionally. Will go back to this AT&T store and use Vincent on all future cell phone needs.

        Telly in the Houma store was very personable, friendly, and Juarez an all around nice guy. When I sat at the table. It was like Ive known him forever. I wish more stores had employees like him!!

        Bad customer service. Rude. I had to hold my composure. I usually cause a scene but Im trying to change my ways. I wish I could give zero stars. Go to another store or call the 1800 number!!
