        AT&T on Grand Caillou customer service is horrible. To top it off the lady that assist me is a Manager. She lacks customer service skills and she hates her job. Because from the time we walked in I felt as if we were being chastised not helped. I will be discontinuing my service as soon as my contract is up. This is my second encounter with the same lady and it definitely wasnt a pleasant visit.
