I currently live here & I DEFINITELY wouldn't suggest NO ONE live here period!!! First of all this place is located in the "hood" & to top it off the neighbors here are nosey asf! No respect always in your business. Then to top it off packages get stolen & your "resident manager" lies & says nothing about it but clearly doesn't realize people won't ask the Mailman for the truth. Then to top it off I have flooding in my apartment from the rain. It's flooding so bad to where I have holes in my wall that has in turn now has water spilling out of it

They sale on lies of change and rebuilding.  Takes them forever to fix things and when they do come it's a quick patch job. Management cares nothing about your property.  They allow basketball goals around your vehicles and if damaged your responsible for your own property being fixed. They kids and adults break in your cars and sit on your vehicles as they see fit. Management doesn't care because they don't have to live back there but their son lives in one of the few decent apartments back here. My tub hasn't been fixed in 2 months. When the tub drains it leaks the ac vent in the kitchen. Please don't waste your money or peace of mind on this place. It's cheap but not worth it.
