I've lived at Barataria Station Apartments for a couple years. It's been pleasant living here overall and Tiesha Woods, the leasing agent, is always very helpful and goes above what's expected of her to ensure the residence are comfortable. The amenities, parking and maintenance are great and very convenient. Prices are reasonable and of course it's peaceful. You won't be disturbed about what's going on in your neighbors apartment because it's just that quiet. Highly recommended!

Barataria Station is a very nice place to live. It's near the public transportation, it's secure and quiet. My favorite part is the community room, where I like to entertain friends for Bible study.

I moved in less than a month ago. The day after I moved in to take a shower no hot water. Miss work n taking care of my other personal business. The apartment refuse to take responsibilities for there action. I'm sorry I moved in here all ready. Kandice is not to be trusted she will lie to cover her ass when her Supervisor is present. I know hate is a strong word. But I hate a lyeeerrrrr then lie with a straight face. I inform Kandice the door to the washer & dryer it need a repair she stated ok Ms Roberta you did it she it. I dont even work for the company n I had to show Nathlie how to do her job. When I 1st came here she pretend the system was down but when I went into the office Nathlie was on the phone talking to her worker about her child support. Tell da people she need him to pay more money. The phone rang again in the office she didnt ask the person who she was on her personal phone with hold on she let the phone rang and kept talking about child support. I know because she spelled my name wrong on the letter I had to bring to Entergy. Everytime you look up they are in the office on personal phone calls letting the office phone ring. What Im not understanding Kandice explain to me when I 1st came here that yall wall in da process of getting da gate fix. This how she lie so much gate just got approve to get fix that she claim n its not still fix where is my safety. She claim they waiting on the people. I used to do type of work. What Nathlie, Kandice & her da one who was in da meeting on 9/26/2017 I may look young but I not dum. For Kandice Supervisor go n tell me about what other apartments don't check im not concern about them i paid Barataria Station my money n no one else. I wish u would give Kandice & Nathlie a lie detective test. Another thing u was very professional u have lead by example. So i see why they lying bc the supervisor is lying as well. Furthermore i wish i would have turned around so you could have call the police on me the judge could handle this situation. This what wrong with yall ppl wants to try run other business n dont know what yall doing as u did stat your company did drop the ball so i need to be reimbursed for what i ask for like Kandice stated she would have paid it back to me. Oops I forgot she going lie and say she didnt say that either. That's why i say i hate a lier
