i was here before 2 years ago for back pain,they have real bad service i almost got paralyzed off there slow service in the end it wasnt a dr that diagnosis the dr is never there ..the only thing there good at is scam..i recommend anyone not to go here waste off time ..go to the ER room atleast they keep records

The staff is very nice, patient,and helpful. I recommend 10/10. Especially MJ she goes over and beyond to make patients feel happy and comfortable.

Price gouging. Tried to charge $125 out of pocket for a Covid test. This urgent care has terrible service and they take advantage of people. They also would not accept either of my insurances.

Good morning folks. While we were in route looking for Urgent care assistance, Google sent us here because the other locations on the Westbank were closed. Totally ridiculous that there are so many, but most are closed on a Saturday. .Anyway, we came to this location and the first thing was said was," we don't take Medicare." The way it was said was snooty and dismmissive. What happened here was he was judged by his appearance. That is one thing that you don't do. Since you're screening who you help,then maybe you need to close. I would not recommend this place for anyone to get health-care because the atmosphere here is of biases. The only positive, was that they recommended another place to seek help.
