In the drug section they are the slowest people that I have ever seen . I have been standing in line for 30 minutes and there is a line of 6 or 7 people behind me

Google might say not too busybut the pharmacy is incredibly slow. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in and over 30 minutes to be seen for a shot. I will not use this Walgreens again.

This is the the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Some of the staff are very nice and knowledgeable but others are clueless and mean. We filled my infants liquid prescription and asked for a syringe to draw up the dose of 0.7ml. The pharmacist gives us a 10ml syringe which doesnt allow you to properly measure and pull up 0.7ml. Shouldnt she know this? Isnt this pharmacy school 101? I know this and Im not a pharmacist. We asked for the proper syringe and she gave a new one and didnt close the drop box so we couldnt move the car to exit the drive thru. We knocked on the window to let her know and she gave us an attitude and closed the Dropbox and didnt even say sorry. She seems like she hates her job and and maybe should find a knew one since she doesnt even know what syringe goes with what medication (which has happened another time with a different employee).

I went in the store to get a liquid laxative. I took the item off the shelf, where it showed the price. I went to check out and the clerk said "I can't sell this to you" In a very nasty tone. I told her how much I needed this product because I was hurting. She proceeds to tell me, I can go find something else, but she could not sell me the product, mind you, I have purchased this item before, which is why I chose the store. Then the clerk stated, "you may want to see if there is something on the shelf with flavor". I said "ma'am, this product is grape flavor, what are you talking about?' She said "oh, I still can't sell this to you". At which time, I left the other items and left the store. The clerk responses were very cold, and nasty; almost to the point of rudeness. She did not call for the store manager or anyone who was able to speak with me. I will NEVER go to that location again. They are plenty of other stores I can spend my money. And have great customer service. It's not what you say, but how you say it.
