This motel should be ashamed of yourself for taking a deposit and falsely accusing us of things we did not do!! It's not ok to discriminate against any guest but for some reason bc we ride bikes and haul things on a trailer, ppl think we should be treated different!! Well it's wrong

Reserved an ADA room. AC did not work, had no filter. The ac fins were clogged,wet and NASTY. House keeping missed someone's toenails on the chair, management said it was rice. We were told we could have a non ADA room on the 2nd floor, no elevator. I asked for a refund since my needs were not met and was refused. I was told I could take a non ADA room with 2 beds instead of the one king or I could leave.
The AC in this room sounded like an ice machine was dumping ice in the next room. I tried just using the ceiling fan. Somehow it's louder. Listen to the AC,from the bed in photos.
There is a breakfast, 7-9. I was there at 7:15 see photos.
I reserved through Priceline. They won't help because I didn't cancel a no cancelation reservation. When ADA needs weren't able to be met, Night Management told me they would refund $15 of the $25 pet deposit to take the room they refused to refund,even though pets are not allowed. No pets allowed is not on Priceline but to get my money, they allowed it. I was told to tell the front desk about the pet refund before 9. When I did, I was talked down to in a very loud angry voice. I'm elderly and apparently elder abuse doesn't bother this facility. I don't appreciate being belittled, LOUDLY by staff when previous staff told me this was how to handle the pet refund to avoid problems.
Rooms: We saw 2 rooms. They are mostly clean, hair in shower. Toenails on floor and chair next to bed. Management said it was rice....
Noteworthy details: I didn't catch the(black for identifying purposes)Day managers name but I hope she is better with others than she was with me. I hate to say I felt threatened because we were in a public place when she was talking so rudely to me after I was doing like the night manager suggested.

Stayed here before, nice motel, nice staff
I had 2 stays here , I had room 228 the second time, very nice large room with Ethernet internet, 80 Meg
Nice clean room , plenty of eating places near to it
To exit , make a right and then left at the golf world , another left then along to the lights and left again for the interstate
