My wife took her cell phone in to get a new battery. They don't replace batteries and sent her to Battery World, with the wrong directions to BW.

This place is AWESOME! Their milk tea is delicious unlike the powdered mixing tea. Its delicious and has a great and beautiful texture to the boba.
