My husband and I were visiting in your city for a couple of days and enjoyed dining for lunch in your restaurant and had the pleasure of meeting Jeseca Anderson who waited on us. Through her, not only did we enjoy a delightful lunch but she had science approved shades for viewing the eclipse and shared these with us! We cant say enough great things about this young woman except to say she is definitely a keeper!! She goes above and beyond her call of duty!! Jeseca definitely deserves recognition on behalf of Joes Crab Shack!!

We have been to this location several times, but today was the worst service we have ever had here. It took almost 40min for anyone to even come to our table, and that was after we got up and asked for a manager. The manager apologized and said they would comp us drinks and an appetizer.....when our bill arrived nothing was comped. There were tables around us being served while we waited. Our server that came was decent, but you could tell he was irritated to have to pick up the slack of someone else.

Our service was excellent! She (Lady A) showed us pictures of an off-menu item that she personally said was delicious!! I'm glad I trusted her because indeed it was! Blackened catfish topped with crab over jasmine rice, & a mildly sauce along w/toast.
