Drago's Seafood Restaurant

Had the chargrilled oysters which I typically love at other locations. There was a lot of cracked oyster shell fragments in the oysters. I had to chew really slowly to not crack a tooth. Also they had a ton of beer taps but not one IPA.

Food was good. Service was a zero. Sat for 30+ min with no water refill, offer of drink, clearing of plates, or check offer, all the while many employees stood around.. I will forgive and give another chance... and delete this, if better next time...

Ordered fish/jumbo shrimp and fries - all came out warm. Horrible.. if having a wait expect fresh food. Oh, not to add the dish was $33 Shrimp and crab pasta - but not crab...waiter said they blend the crab with the sauce. So that's just shrimp pasta. The shrimp still had the poop inside, so I basically had noodles. For the price, clean the shrimp and advertise correctly

Ciera was the best!! She was so knowledgeable of the history of Dragos, what was on the menu and making recommendations. She was a 10 on the hospitality scale. You are very lucky to have her.

Ciera was amazing. She took great care of us. The charbroiled oysters are pure perfection! Dont skip out on those.
