    I have lived here for almost 3 years with 2 toddlers. We decided it was time to move since the apartment wanted to increase rent by $200 which was something that was not worth it for my family. I made sure to take care of the apartment since we were renting. However, I put in our notice and once we moved everything out I deep cleaned the apartment as was asked to do so. The CRAZY THING IS THEY WANTED TO UNFAIRLY OVER CHARGE FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR TO THE APARTMENT. They had a list of requests for cleaning the apartment. Being charged for damaged light bulbs, when maintenance will have to come in to do repairs either way, is just ridiculous. Charged me almost $1000 dollars for things that wasnt even my fault. I spoke to management and soon to realize that they were trying to simply charge me for repair that should be fixed once someone moved out. Charging to repaint the walls, and a cleaning charge for both bathroom, which I have photos that they were both cleaned. This apartment had damages before we moved in to the cabinets and constant leaks that we had to deal with. Now, they are charging me for those damages which is unfair. Im not happy about this situation and still waiting to hear back with the regional manager. I would not recommend moving here.

    Best place to live in Bossier City! Staff is always super friendly and maintenance always takes care of anything quickly! Quiet and safe area . Would highly recommend living here.

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. We lived at The Landing for almost 10 years. We FINALLY get our first home. We give them our notice, we removed everything & cleaned immaculately & then receive a bill for nearly $1,200 saying we owe MORE rent because we didn't give enough notice (even though they said they understood & it was fine..we are talking 13 days...) and we even turned our keys in on the exact date the lease was UP! Then they want to charge $380 in damages and $200 in cleaning + prorated rent for 13 days & a LATE FEE. For 10 years we dealt with COUNTLESS turnover--repairs never made---damages left by THEM after doing upgrades on floors and backsplash. I have lots of pictures. That would be my advice to you if you think about living here. Apartment living already sucks but you better document every time they enter your home, every email you send, every time you speak to them and take pictures before & after for your own records. I also received no itemized copy of these alleged damages or what we didn't clean. Many times we were promised things like carpet cleaning or pest control & never saw anyone--and you know what---we didn't complain. We just kept on going doing the best with what we had. Well now, I regret it. So BEWARE of this property. I have contacted the management company. If this is rectified fairly then I will change my review. Until then...it stays. I concur with other negative reviews. Many times they entered our apartment without warning or never when they said they were going to do it. Also, the noise we endured for many years due to their incessant remodeling. Again! Never complained but I guess maybe I should have made sure to document it.

I concur with other negative reviews. Many times they entered our apartment without warning or never when they said they were going to do it.
