While I have been shopping for an apartment in the Bossier area I will say that I am impressed with Tristas professionalism and the property as a whole. Kingston Crossing is definitely worth visiting.

Wow! This place is beautiful! They have every amenity you could ask for plus they have garages and the staff is amazing!

I have lived here for 2 years now and this place is just wonderful. The entire staff is professional and knows how to take care of their residents. Trista and Nick and the whole team are on top of their game and I absolutely love the events they throw. My apartment was perfect from day one and they continue to take care of me and my home.

Trista the property manger has a very nasty attitude and is very unprofessional! My boyfriend applied for these apartments last week , and got approved this week on Tuesday January 9th ! And MORGAN told him that he could bring the reservation fee on the next upcoming day before 5:00 pm ! the next DAY around 8am TRISTA left an email and stated she needed him to call . So he called SERVAL TIMES and got no answer , so I called off my phone a different number and she picked up ! And told him his application was canceled after he already paid to get the electrician turned on and also paid the LEASE TERM SOLUTION FEE! She was on the phone asking him unnecessary questions! That was already answered on the application and approved from MORGAN! So she tell my boyfriend she will contact him tomorrow which is today JANUARY 11th 2024! She calls and tells him she couldnt verify his jobs email ! So he gives her the other emails that is listed with his job ! She calls back and tells him that his application is denied because she couldnt verify the job ! my boyfriend goes to contact his boss to see if there was any email problems and did they receive and email regarding verification! The boss stated they never gotten an email and that she was LYING! The woman TRISTA IS VERY RUDE AND DOES NOT NEED TO BE AN MANAGER AT ANY PROPERTY! SHE WAS ASKING MY BOYFRIEND TO COME INTO THE OFFICE SO SHE CAN SEE HOW HE LOOKS ! SHES VERY RACIST , ALSO A LIER AND UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT MOVE HERE ! SHE WILL NOT EMAIL MY BOYFRIEND BACK ABOUT HIS MONEY THAT NEED TO BE REFUNDED And I will be REPOSTING THIS COMMENT EVERY TIME TRISTA DELETES IT
