My experience at Studio de Chene could only be described at pure excellence. I was gifted a very special piece from my fathers jazz fest collection that required top notch care. In the past with some cheaper, less sentimental, posters I took my business to hobby lobby or other chain stores. In all honestly it was a mistake. While the final product was fine, the service was mediocre. I cant blame them, I got exactly what I paid for at the big box stores. I visited Studio de Chene three times, and every time I stepped through the door it was almost a relief. These women wanted to know me as a person, my history with the piece, and where it was going to be displayed. I had a pretty sizable budget, but even with that I was guided to what would fit best for my poster instead of the most pricey option. The detail and care that they provided was absolutely top tier. Processing time was supposed to be about 6 weeks due to some details needing to be done by hand. It ended up being a little bit longer but the studio was extremely communicative with me and assured that while the time frame would be extended, they wanted to give my art the proper care and attention. Their care and attention showed so much once they did a grand reveal of the final product. I will always bring my business to the wonderful ladies at Studio de Chene. They are superior and worth every cent for the quality of their products.

I brought 2 diplomas to be framed with a very specific look in mind. I had been to 3 other stores in town to get quotes and look for a frame I liked. The ladies here at Studio de Chene really listened to what I needed and made my pieces look even better than I expected. They custom mixed a paint color for the matte edging so it would look just right. Attention to detail! Thank you ladies! Will definitely recommend to friends/family.
