        Check-in process was complicated on the day I went. But I ultimately was measured and received the product quickly. My low rating is for the difficulty I had in receiving a refund. Hanger charged me money on the day of purchase, but my insurance covered the purchase in full. Hanger has an agreement with my insurance company, and they are obligated to comply with that agreement. Despite calls from me and a call from my insurance company a month and a half ago, I still have not received the refund. I get the impression the local office doesn't understand how insurance works. When I called the national office today, they apologized and promised to expedite the refund. Be sure to watch them closely and demand a refund if they charge you for something covered by your insurance.
