The customer service is very unprofessional the worst company Ive ever had to deal with .. this company is horrible and they never return your call me personally I think they are doing insurance fraud my husband went to the company for a brace that he needs to help him walk and upon receiving the brace it was very cheap and the not the brace he needed After returning it to the company we been having the same problem after two years ..the problem still havent been resolved I called and spoke to several people and it was Im going to have someone to contact you .. I really dont know why they still in business ..this is serious and this is dealing with people health and yall charges the insurance company for something we not receiving something need to done about this immediately

This is perhaps the worst orthopedics store either. I am a elderly army veteran who suffers from diabetes. Pursuant to Medicare regulations, I am allowed one pair of diabetic shoes a year. My doctor has sent a script over to Red Stick several times over the past year for my shoes. I was measured for my shoes by Red Stick almost a year ago. I was told the shoes would be in in about a month. Nearly a year later, I am still waiting for my shoes! Every time I ask them about my shoes, they either blame the doctor or say they are under new management. They have taken to not answering telephone calls so I had to go to their business for my last inquiry. They have absolutely no regard for their clientele. Please avoid this business at all costs!

I was greeted upon entry and checked in immediately. The place was easy to find. The staff was nice and friendly. The doctor was cool and straight to the point. I was fitted for a back brace, thump brace and also told that I needed a lift in my shoe to help with my lower back issues

They have had my prescription since February 2022 it is August 30, 2022! Every time I call they tell me they should be in or let us check with the supplier and call you back. They never call and the staff is so unprofessional. I ask to speak to the supervisor their never available or they take your number for the hundredth time to tell you they will call. I have gone to the office to get and understanding of whats going on and I still hit a brick wall! (Frustrated) Since February come on!!! Im a diabetic and I need my shoes. I dont know what shady business is going on their please dont give them your business.
