Brian is very attentive and knowledgeable. Directed me in the right direction with my hearing aids. I am very pleased and excited to be hearing the small things around me again.

Very busy but took time to do test, explain everything and show me how to insert in my ear. Hearing much better now, things I didn't know I was missing. My friend not complaining that I'm mumbling. Thanks

Meet Brian Eskew at Miracle Ear serving several locations in the Baton Rouge area, including the Port Allen location ! We met Brian about 4 years ago when he transferred from North Louisiana to the Baton Rouge location after Covid, when we got our 1at pair of hearing aids. Ironically, I just left Brian with my 2nd set! (Or should I say my 3rd set?) My 2nd pair was the Avail in the ear pair! He was honest with me and told me that they were not for everyone, but at the same time gave the opportunity to try them. Lord knows, I tried, but no matter how hard we tried, we decided they were not for me. As discussed prior to ordering them, he was able to swap them for the new Bliss! Actually, I am the 1st person in Louisiana to actually have the behind the ear Bliss! The minute he put them in my ears, I could hear clearly for the 1st time in months! No more muffled sounds! No more reading lips! No more asking people to repeat themselves! Brian is always there for us! If he doesnt know the answer , he will find out! Im so excited to have the new Bliss ( the latest technology in hearing aids), to be able to hear, and to have Brian in charge of my hearing! Without this combination, I would be back at square 1! As my husband just said,Thank God! If your looking for hearing aids, and someone who knows his business, Brian is your man!
