worst place to deal with. the people don't even know what they need to get tax exempt and wants documents from me. I give them all my business license, tax id, tax exempt certificate for resale and still every year, they default my business account and charge me tax. I would have to go through the same process but this time, they said it's not approved bc they don't have the documents. I asked what documents they need bc I have provided all and the lady said she doesn't know what they need just that all the documents I have provided was not enough. how am I suppose to submit docs that they don't even know what they need?
