I would not give this place one star.. The association is the worst!! Drug dealers live at the front. Association is a group that lives there and every word from one of them is a lie. Meth lab near back. I lived there 4 months and witnessed 2 drug busts and 2 overdoses. The association takes pictures and stalks like something out of a horror movie. Building is old in bad shape. I was given totally wrong information about this place from my realtor. Coming from Colorado. My rent was $1400.00 per month. Entergy ran between $256.00-274.00. dishwasher never worked. Very old and unkept. Worst ever experienced!!

This place is the worst! Good location, condo’s are in serious need of repairs and updating.. The people in the association are rude, liars and this is no joke. Put put a kitchen rug to dry on the balcony they take a picture and make a big ordeal. They have way bigger problems than a little rug. Do not move here or you will be walking in eggshells and harassed. Unless there is some kind of underground mess and they are wanting only a certain grupp of people. Well whatever I do not want to be involved this place needs big changes

I thank GOD I do not live in this place; however someone very dear to me does and I have been there a couple of times and we FaceTime and the place seems nice when you are pulling in the entrance the trees are very nice. The association is not there to help you out, give you important information, they too busy trying to get something on you, ( maybe to distract the truth) they are like spies and very two faced. I have witnessed enough it makes me sick to my stomach. I waited until now because this concerns me and I wanted to find out if at all possible what in the world is going on there and why are the people with the association cut throat. You would think they would be much different in a positive way keeping the neighborhood friendly and a happy atmosphere… Quiet the opposite. From very good sources there is a whole lot going on at Jefferson Hills condominiums, They don’t want you to know.. To name a few things, there are drug dealers living there, working from their condo, looks like a 7-11 people in and out. Drug overdoses, paramedics are there often.. I understand that is anywhere). As well as police officers, Hear me out, yes this is any where you go. I am making this statement for a few reasons here. The association will not harass the drug dealers and these are facts; however they will harass others that make very simple mistake and take pictures and contacts the owner to the point this person is so stressad out with the harrassmet she put cameras up, takes the pet to another location to do their thing. She got a camera she clips on just to keep a daily, weekly, hourly record of the moment she goes from Condo to her vehicle. Then back on again when she pulls up ”in hell” as she described. I would mention exactly what they took pictures of and calling the owner making a big tale. If I disclose that they will harass her more and GOD only knows what else. This person is very quiet, don’t bother a sole. If she can’t help you she sure won’t hurt you. She sold her home and sold her part in her business and retired. Moved to a beautiful state to start enjoying another half of her life. She had health issues and wanted to be closet to her sisters and her dr.’s. They won’t tell you the crystal meth lab that blew up near the back of the condominiums. They won’t tell you the truth about the post Office boxes that were in such bad shape the post Office refused to continue mail delivery at Jefferson Hills condominiums; due to the unsafe condition of the mail boxes. They will tell the entire complex mailboxes were vandalized… Really?? There is a whole lot goiing on and sure that is life but to play down the Real Truth and keep shenanigans going on innocent people to cover their tracks is out right dirty and so very wrong. ( maybe they are getting paid by certain ones to keep the distractions on others). She pays $1400.00/month and the place is old, needs repairs and be in working condition. Just old and not kept up properly. Just look around. They maintain the grounds area and pool area looks good. That is a positive… I would not recommend this place!!
