        Do not bank with Hancock Whitney they allowed an old employee to steal $22,000 from my account because they forgot to cancel his debit card!

        Tracy is not reliable at all. She does not know how to follow up with customers. I had to call so many times and leave a message for her and she never returned my calls in a timely matter and when she does call back its like 3 or 4 days later. When I came in to get information she literally was rushing as if she was trying to go home. No patience at all. I would rather go to a different location
