        Lived here for 2.5 years and took great care of my unit. Once vacated, I was sent an itemized list for hundreds of dollars. During the final inspection I was told my unit was one of the "cleanest" and "well kept" they've seen! I was told nothing else needed to be done upon move out. The unit was in great shape. They even charged for dusty ceiling fans... These petty charges left a bad tasted in my mouth as I was a great tenant for years. Also this property has had multiple vehicle break ins and theft issues. FYI the rent started at $1,200 and crept up to $1,410 within just two years! So expect your lease to increase each renewal period. Overall dissatisfied.

        Excellent place to live. Staff and management are extremely nice. My only complaint about living here is the excessive amount of ants in the parking lot along the sides/edges of the parking lot/buildings. You fill find a large amount of ants all in your car running across your dash and console. Never ate food in my car and I never park close to the dumpster areas. I give a lower rating until this issue has been resolved.

        I never write reviews but Chateaux Dijon has EARNED this one!! Ive lived in 4 different BR apartments in the past 4 years (including oakbrook, the lodges, and redpoint) and have never been this pleased with a complex. It is SO clean and well-maintained. Nothing is really ever broken or dirty and if it is its fixed by the next day. The Maintenance team is the nicest, cleanest, most professional and efficient that Ive ever interacted with. I didnt even have to clean the unit the day I moved in because the cleaning crew had done a FANTASTIC job. I mean it was spotless. No bugs, no mold, brand new appliances After living here for only 3 months, I can tell the staff cares more about their residents than making or saving as much money as possible. HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
