I've lived here for almost a year now and I'm so done. The place was in horrible condition upon move in, with spots on the walls from where paint was either applied to cover something or not applied, dust and plaster all over the ground, the stovetop literally brown, and the towel rack in the bathroom was horribly broken and literally coming out of the wall. To this day I don't have a shower rod because mine was broken and just left on the side of the tub. Want to cook here? Don't put the oven anywhere above 350 degrees or else the fire alarms will go off and burst your eardrums. Want to have a chair that doesn't wobble any time you sit in it and hurt your back and butt? Bring your own. Want a place that doesn't smell like human waste every time it rains? Don't come here. Want a place that assures your safety? Stay far away. The lock on the door to the hallway has been broken for months. For two weeks there were exposed wires. Continuing now the key fob is literally not needed because it just doesn't lock. The garage clicker I was given and PAID FOR never works and all the staff did was give me a separate one, that also at times doesn't work. Oh and if you want some sort of warning when people are coming into your apartment? Don't expect one. There have been three separate instances where I've had my door knocked on by someone saying they work for the Venue, with zero notice that they were coming, and as a young woman living on my own that is EXTREMELY dangerous. For any work orders I even REQUESTED a text message to let me know what was going on at least a day or a few hours MINIMUM advance. Nothing. The parking spots are super tiny and my car has often been hit by others, my mirrors literally closed in whether that be by residents hitting my car or getting mad that I have to park super close to the line due to another car's proximity on the other side. If you somehow think all of this with a rent of almost $1000 per person is worth it just to be close to campus, by all means go for it, but for any sane person literally go anywhere else. The proximity to campus has been the only positive of living here.

Just went 2 months without a laundry machine because management was "waiting for a part". The staff is clueless and never gives you an answer to your questions. The manager is always "in a meeting" when you ask. Don't live here. Can't wait for my lease to be over so I can move out.

In less than two months I have experienced too many issues with the property. Upon move in our air did not work, my shower did not work, and the dishwasher does not work. There is a roach and spider problem, and the power goes out way too easily. It took three weeks for my shower to get fixed, there was absolutely no water coming out of my shower. I was told that they would be focusing on air conditioning first, and since my issue was not important they would get there when they could. To pay almost $900 upfront to get access to the unit and be told the water not functioning is not an emergency is very frustrating. It has been 18 days since a work order for the dishwasher was put in and still no response on whether it will get fixed. Now I wait to see whether the roach and spider issue will be solved, or if I will be given the run around again. As far as amenities go almost none of the machines in the gym work. I do not recommend wasting your money here, it has extremely stressful living in theses conditions.

I just moved here two months ago and had so many problems since move in day. The move in process was very hectic and unorganized. My move in time was 3:30pm-4:30pm and i didnt get access to my apartment until after 4:30pm. Before having access to the garage I was told to pay $125 to get the clicker. I was not told that I would have to pay the $125 on move in day. They said that all charges were listed in the portal and a garage fee was not listed. When I got into the apartment it was not what was advertised. The A/C did not work and the apartment was 85 degrees. The apartment could've been cleaned better. The floors and carpets were filthy and there were dead bugs all over the kitchen. The water pressure is extremely weak to where the shower takes forever to come on. Not to mention my roommates shower did not work at all and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. The dishwasher does not work. It overflows with water and maintenance still hasn't come to look at it despite my work order being put in 2 weeks ago. My unit also has a roach and spider infestation. All of these problems were addressed with the leasing office and they were useless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE! I live in a 2 bedroom and it is not worth the $700 a month.
