        Great property you have to check this place out!! Schmidt was amazing gave me a great tour. Unfortunately this place doesnt compliment my situation but its a sure shoe in for someone looking for something comfortable & convenient. High scale luxurious apartment you just cant pass up. Ask for Schmidtt! 10/10. Ill be here all day listing the perks of this place just go check it out.

        I have been apartment shopping all over Baton Rouge for a luxury apartment and the tour I received from Schmidt was by FAR the best tour I have taken. Schmidt was VERY informative and knowledgeable. Schmidt was very personable and professional! She is a gem! Thank you Schmidt for an amazing touring experience. The Waters at Millerville is a BEAUTIFUL new property and the amenities are great!
