This apartment complex is a joke. I would pay attention to the 2 star rating. The application process is a complete scam to get your money. Dont even waste your time. Ive applied here over two weeks ago and havent heard a thing about my application. Called and they told me one date. Called back and was told the application was incomplete. I asked how so and was told they would reach out if needed. I havent heard anything. Please go live somewhere else. The front office is unprofessional. I have a pregnant fiance and we spoke on the phone with this place for about a week to no prevail. Complete time wasted.

The lady at the front desk in the office is so unprofessional she is so rude she kept saying she was going to process my application and I will know something by a certain day when that day came she couldn't give me an answer cuz she haven't processed my application yet and when I was there doing my application she was very rude to a elderly lady that came in they were scheduled for a showing she's going to tell the lady she was busy and she couldn't help her and told the lady she was going to have to come back another day or come back later that day when she could be helped she was getting frustrated because she didn't want to put all the information in for the application people was coming in for showing she was like Lord I hope they ain't coming for a showing cuz I don't feel like it they needs to hire new management team for that office or they're going to lose future occupants

They call these apartments low income???? We have to pay water, sewage and rental insurances!!! This is ridiculous for all that I could have moved in to something NICER and pay 1600 a month. The cabinets are old and rusty, toilet is always stopping up, the door closets are always coming over the hinges!!! What a waste of money

Great office staff commuted to helping you. Grounds are clean and well kept. Apartment is clean and roomy.

Just trust me when I say you don't want to live here! Unless you are ROACH friendly! Between the disrespectful staff, kids, and people in general... to the lack of wanting to fix anything... You would be doing yourself a favor if you went somewhere else... new management as of 2023 is RUDE the girl at the front that took Amy's (I think that is her name & she was super nice, understanding, relatable, and easy to work with, so i dont understand why they thought it was a good look to replace her with this girl) place, well she is VERY RUDE W/ A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE!!. She talks to people like she is miserable with life & hates doing her job.. catches an attitude, pops, rolls her eyes, and uses her hands to show the disrespect while attending to tenants.. and my perspective was from holding a conversation about the issues in the unit in person(bc this is the only way for them to "act" like they care about your issue) This is what I witnessed her doing to another tenant while I was at her desk... then my husband called about an issue, and of course, she was ugly to him, so this just says to me that she's just not the person for the position.... overnight stocking jobs are for people who aren't equipped for face to face interaction with people... super sad! This was a temporary move from the get-go, but we are/were eager to make it as temporary as possible! If this helps someone in not regretting a move, then I am glad this experience wasn't in vain!
