The maintenance at this property is honestly incredible, I got a guy named Josh. He painted, fixed all the holes in the bathroom, and honestly restored the bathroom to how it once was. Also treated the mildew issue, and spent his time working on it.

I've had many problems but I'm going to point out two. Be weary of set-rate utilities, all that means is good luck getting your AC below 74 degrees any time of year. Also the Wi-Fi problem is just absurd here. Many reviews already point it out, yet their lack of initiative to do anything at all to improve it is just unacceptable. I have receipts of calling their ISP (Whitesky) support number at least once a week lately. This is the biggest reason of why I'm not renewing. Internet is something that shouldn't go out weekly, and allowing it to be out for over 2 days just makes no sense. Also, the internets not even good, It's speeds are unacceptable considering how much money is being paid a month.

Just sharing some notes to help others trying to find a place to live. Wildwood is nice and livable - but there's a few complaints that annoy me. 1. Place was built fast and cheap, and next to Burbank, so the streets are very noisy. And trains wake me up in the AM 2. WiFi is terrible but if u have a phone hotspot then it doesn't really matter, but still annoying 3. Sewage smell in my apartment all year and maintenance doesn't know why/can't help us. It's gross and embarassing 4. Apartment AC settings can't go below 71, which is really 74 when it's warm out. And motion sensors in rooms so when you aren't there, the AC turns off. 5. Assigned spots for each apartment, but if nobody pays for the spot, it stays empty all year! And if you try to make use of it, you may get booted. Perhaps they could paint over them so there is more room for us cheap folk 6. The front path gate is broken and anyone can just walk right in, maybe that's why there was car break ins last week. 7. The kitchen cabinets are ugly but that's just me being picky. Things to love! 1. They pick up your trash from right outside your door! 2. When you call maintenance, they come same or next day. 3. Always find a parking spot, even if it's a bit of a hike away. 4. The management sometimes gives out free breakfast and they do lots of fun resident events, I appreciate their effort 5. One time I was locked out and they came immediately to help me, I love them for that 6. I feel safe and happy here 7. I think my neighbors are hot
