        Been living here since they first opened!, Very well kept up I will agree to that, BUT! as far as affordable, definitely not! paying 1400+ for a 2 bedroom, that doesn't even have a balcony or any outside part at all, no guaranteed parking spots which you would think it would have for the price we are paying, and recently crime around here has risen, 10 gun shots were IN OUR COMPLEX PARKING LOT, several attempted and successfully break ins of the residents cars, main and side gate is broken or keypad is never working at most times. I've had my neighbors above me give me leaking water damage and they just brought me buckets and spray paint lol. But as far as pretty and well kept yes thats true and im not sure about the other buildings but I also like how we can trust in my building or atleast floor, that our neighbors do not steal packages!
