Ive been living here since July of 2022 and absolutely nothing has been fixed since I moved in. Theres a hole in my daughters closet door its been there since before we moved in also my tub has been peeling since about a month after I moved in, I notified the apartment manager at that time and nothing has been fixed. Back in January of 2023 my apartment was flooded by the then upstairs neighbor dog. I was informed that I will need shoe molding but no one ever came back. I believe my room may have mold in the walls from the water but no one has came to check. My daughter closet has mold in there Ive expressed this to the last 3+ apartment managers along with the temporary ones from corporate who have came here. I continue to tell every last one Ive spoken with what my off days are so everything can be fixed since I work from home but it never gets done. Im not about to continue running behind and reminding adults whos supposed to be managing the place I dont get discounts and credits off my rent to do your job. Ive been patient and understanding for way too long with this apartment complex. Ive been billed a late fee for March of 2024 and constantly asked to have it removed because I did in fact pay my rent on time over a month and a week has went by and the $50 late fee was not adjusted I will like a credit put on my account to go towards next month this same thing happened to me back in November of 2023. My living room light has not worked in I dont know how long as well as I was told that maintenance has to cut the grass and weeds on my back patio not the landscaping people. I will also like a full print out of all charges and payments back dating to the day I moved in, I will like a copy of every light bill for my apartment number as well since the day I moved in. I initially put in a vacate request but I did ask for that request to be withdrawn since I wont be getting my full deposit back because I was failed to receive documentation stating that my deposit is non refundable besides the $300 I believe I put down anywhere between $900-$1,300 and that request was not withdrawn from the young lady that was in the office on 04/10/2024 from corporate provided me with that information. I will definitely like to be compensated for this matter this has not been a pleasant residence experience whatsoever and a simple apology does not fix this just like I have to go to work and spend my hard earn money with you all I demand the decency of fixing and resolving this matter. The walls are so thin I can hear every thump from all three of my neighbors its so annoying.
