        My lease ends in June 2024. I am moving. I have been here for several years. It has gotten worse. Made the rent Higher bc they painted the buildings, they won't change the blinds, refrigerator, old appliances, nasty trifling people throwing stuff outside, drug dealers making sales. Neighbor has a big dog barking, office fakes like they will do something. Last month, two long term tenants left, l am next. I am over it. Don't move here, they allow anyone to move here. l am gone.

        Its quiet no noisebut there are few bad things furniture by dumpster it looks bad . They don't keep up with the stuff you need done in your apt, they started charging more and little attention to your place other that is good they just need to work on that. The Las manager Brandon was AMAZING should get him back.

        Worse apartment ever! Dont not come here and live miserably like it do. The pictures are deceiving pool is never cleaned and nothing is ever fixed. They will try everything to get you locked into a contract then fail at every tasks having to do with managing a property

        The apartment manager Brandon is a delight. The entire team has made my transition to this city a pleasant experience. Neighbors are nice and polite. Location is great. The entire community is like traditional Louisiana a big gumbo of wonderful people. T
