        I just recently opened up an account with Regions here in Alexandria, LA. It was a very nice experience. The branch manager was very accommodating and helpful and super nice! As far as the services go, I have yet to partake in them, but if the employees are as great as the branch manager, then I'm sure my interactions with them will be just as positive.

        Do not go here if you need to actually get something done. Poor customer service and the atm is always broke. No sign or warning. I know this place is next to the ghetto, doesnt meant they have to act like it.

        Mr. Normand was excellent and offered the best services to benefit me. While making sure my business was handled he also stayed interacting in conversation with me. All around a nice man with great customer service that was greatly appreciated by myself and many others I'm sure.
