        Newly renovated but horribly designed for truckers. Super small 2ith minimal parking that seems to be always full. Fuel island right and the entrance that once it gets full its impossible to get in. Trucks parked on the road and makes a already small entrance smaller. Hard to believe a newly designed truck stop could be so bad

        Poor design, I think with this area being updated also being close to CVG. Better planning could have made it more specious . I saw some truckers having issues parking, going in or leaving the place. I am disappointed

        They have the worst customer service and mechanics. Sent my flatbed in for trailer light issue sat there for over 12 hours and they ended up messing up something on my truck and told me that I would have to take it to dealership to fix. They were ugly to my driver and talk negatively about the truck being a KW even though it is a new truck. Would not recommend anyone using their service department.
