        Terrible customer service! I reserved a shower and it's been 45 minutes since some showers are empty now, but they are not even paying attention to it. It'st not busy time of the day at all. Staff just walking talking to each other around. They have plenty of time to clean up and give to next customer, but no they don't paying any attention to a shower customer neither to showers. After an hour of reservation one of the employee who's been hanging around doing nothing went to one of the showers and kinda cleaned up in 2 minutes!!! I waited an hour to him come and clean up emptied shower literally in 2 minutes! And there is the photo of the used shower that opened for almost for an hour, and the photo of the toilet after I entered my shower which has been cleaned in 2 minutes. Terrible terrible service.
