Hancock Drain Service

Just horrible. They are pricey and frankly not very good. They came to my house for an issue I was having trouble with and told me the reason was something I knew 100% not to be the case. I once had a great experience with this outfit but I guess the older gentleman that serviced my house retired or moved on. Don't call them ever. Service: Drain cleaning

One star does not even express the shady experience that recently occurred. Clogged drain issue, told it was a toliet paper causing the problem. Atfer the first visit, the plumping system only worked properly for a week. Called company for a second visit. Plumper came back stating it caused by the same problem (more toilet paper) , even told "Or maybe we didn't get all the toliet paper out the first time". This time, their "work" was monitored and noticed NOT A SINGLE PIECE OF TOLIET PAPER COMING FROM THE DRAINS! Not only the company lied but charged twice for an issue that never existed!
