        Walked over from the truck stop next door at 12:30 in the afternoon to be greeted by a locked door with a hand written sign "Drive thru only". Even if I could bring my truck through the drive thru chili anything isn't for eating in a vehicle. I'm sure Penn Station appreciates the decision to close the dining room. They're getting all your business. Who still closes their dining room in the middle of the day? Especially being next door to a TRUCK STOP! Poorly managed.

        We live a couple hours away so we always pick some Gold Star up on the way home. The staff here have always been friendly and our order is always right. The construction around the area seems to regularly damage their speaker so we have to order directly at the window from time to time. Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5 More

        Went for lunch on Monday Dec 5th,2022 and they gave me moldy cheese. When I called the lady was very rude and said " WE DON'T HAVE MOLDY CHEESE ! " I will never go to Gold Star in Richwood, Ky. Again !!

        The guy running the drive thru tonight was rude and my 3way is pretty much water so I'm guessing the chili wasn't stirred before he poured it
