Looked up hours itnsays open until 0900pm drove to walton at 0735 and they are closed everytime i try to go here they never are open or shortnstaffed might as well shut the doors

Employees are not trained on allergens and food safety. I have a gluten allergy and I went through the drive through (because that was all that was open) and asked if there was any chance of cross contamination from the blizzard machine. Two employees didn’t understand what I was saying and had a very bad attitude. I think they thought it was a joke, and the second employee said “please let us know when you’re ready to order.”

They need to update their hours online and in person. Went there Thursday (10/14/21) after going to the pumpkin patch as we promised the kids ice cream if they were good. We arrived at 7:46pm and had looked up online ahead of time that they were open until 9pm. At this time, their drive thru had 2 cones across it so we parked and tried to go in as all the lights were on and someone was at the counter getting a shake or blizzard of some sort. Turns out their inside is closed and whoever was getting served inside knew the employees. So we went back out. We saw another car at the drive thru order so thought well maybe the cones weren't blocking and we decided to go around to the drive thru. The car in front of us sat a few minutes and then drove around the corner. We had no way of knowing if they ordered or not. We pulled up and sat a few minutes and then a lady came out and peeked around the corner at us. Then she came back out and said "We closed at 8" I said it's not 8 now. "Well that's why we put cones up!" She was incredibly rude like we inconvenienced her by showing up. Not impressed at all. I realize times are weird but make your hours more clear and have respect/manners.
