Pams beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to spend a night or a weekend in Kentucky Bluegrass Country. We picked it for its proximity to distilleries and highway 75 without being in a big city. We were delighted with the rustic southern charm and thoughtful amenities, plush bedding, and possibly the best bathrobe Ive ever had the pleasure of lounging in. This location is walkable to Ricardos restaurant and the Amsden Cocktail bar. Breakfast was delightful and filling. The dog, Sadie, is a sassy little child. We are dog people and didnt mind but if youre not a dog person definitely mention it beforehand. We had a great stay and would stay again! A true bed and breakfast experience.

My Fiance and I stayed with Pam after our visit to Woodford Reserve. She's absolutely one of the nicest and most interesting hosts I've met, she made us a positively wonderful breakfast (I wish I'd stopped to grab a picture of it.) Her Labradoodle Greeter is just an absolute sweetheart, and is very well trained! Our room was very clean, and well maintained, and frankly stunningly beautiful (the whole building is, Some of the other guests have pictures, but I'm not even sure they do the place justice!) Will definitely stay again when we make another trip down by the Bourbon Trail.

Charming little B&B! We stayed in the Colonial Room. It was cozy with a lot of character. Everything was clean and beautiful. The home was built in 1911, so it has unique details in every room. The owner was so kind and breakfast was delicious.

I decided to stay here for a little trip, the person I went with was a terrible human being and was generally unenthused to even be visiting or when I showed them anything but this place- oh my goodness. We stayed here during derby weekend in a desperate attempt to find somewhere to stay under 200 dollars a night. I have since forgotten the owners name but she is the sweetest woman I have met short of my mom I only made it to breakfast one morning of 3 a little late and had started cleaning up. We had asked if we missed breakfast and she was like 'absolutely not, I'll make you some bananas foster waffles and put on another pot of coffee' and almost had me in tears. We chatted about the locals and a little history of how this place came to be in the evenings on the patio, her golden doodle (was her name sam..? That seems right) was so sweet. The room was beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail with french accents. I cannot recommend this place enough. The most amazing end to what would've been a horrendous visit from someone I thought was a friend. Like staying at your aunts for the weekend Nearby activities: Not too far from Lexington for a pretty and leisurely drive but far enough out to be away from the bustle of it all. Amsden coffee club is so cute and is located in downtown Versailles, got good donuts from a bakery inside a truck stop a mile down the road too Food & drinks: The breakfasts were so good and you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into her menu in the mornings. Noteworthy details: Room was gorgeously decorated. Has since been the inspiration for decorating my apartment
