I would give them zero stars, but that's not on option. Went in for a tour and to get information, the girl at the counter didn't even greet me, I had to speak first. She told me that she "Didn't have time for me, that I could just check-out the place." When I was done she told me to "just on on line and see what memberships they had to offer." Not sure if I was treated that way because of my age or because that staff doesn't care. Not sure if I will go back there after being treated so poorly.

Husband Cancelled membership in November was charged for December & January. When we called them they asked if he signed a form. No he didnt because no one said he needed to, they just said it would be taken care of , he was there in person when he cancelled it. They need to train their employees better on the protocols they have. They said they couldnt reimburse us. The customer shouldnt be responsible for their mistake.

I love how they have a designated ladies only area.( For those who want to take advantage) I can't commit to monthly membership at this time , so I use their $7 everything daily pass. Unlike other gyms in the area you aren't confined to only the main gym area.
